Do I stick it out for 3 more years for a huge payout or find a better job with better pay?

2 years ago I was made partner in a Jimmy johns restaurant because I was successful as a marketing coordinator at a previous job for a different franchise, same owner. See name.

In three years I'll be fully vested, at that point the equity would be worth about 60k-80k which would be paid over the course of a year. My current salary is $40,000 a year, with $10,000 and bonuses on top. However, I feel like I would qualify for a marketing manager job making ~$65,000k per year.

Basically, I'm the GM of this store with equity. Unfortunately I've grown the store too quickly and it's becoming unbearable. Probably due to temporary shortage of employees, and maybe my depression is equally as temporary. But right now this job sucks, but it's manageable. I keep telling myself it's for the management experience as well as a nice sum of money to help with retirement. I'm up at 4:00 a.m. everyday, and by 3:00 p.m. I feel like I've gone 6 rounds with Mike Tyson.

I'm torn between sticking out another 3 years versus finding a better paying job with much less stress. My degrees are in mass communication and advertising. I have four years worth of internships, three years worth of marketing coordinator experience. And now I'm at 2 years of management experience. Every job I've had I leave a trail of successful results which I can easily pull. I'm 28 years old, and I don't know what to do.

It's also 2:00 a.m., I'm exhausted, so I'm sorry if this sounds rambly. Any advice would be appreciated. Any questions would be welcomed.
